I had reached out to Bryan at the bike brothers about performing a full tune-up on a bike I had purchased that was only ridden 30 miles by the previous owner. It's a full suspension Raleigh Kodiak one of the top of the line pedal assist bikes you can buy and it had almost no miles on it. After the tune-up there was still noticeable noises from the rotors and brakes grinding. Bryan picked it up again and told me it needed new rotors and brakes which I paid him to replace.
