Bought my first bike in 25 years and couldn’t be happier! Their email response to my inquiry came within 30 minutes — incredibly quick. Each time I’ve visited the shop I’ve received excellent service. They had every part I needed for my bike and even the perfect XL helmet. I’ve also continued to buy and upgrade items for my kids while shopping for myself. Five stars from start to finish
Through the years and recently we have bought 4 bikes (2 of which were ebikes) and other gear. We’ve recommended them to 3 friends and they have bought ebikes from them also. We’ve always found the staff helpful. A nice store. I was in there again for a tool today and staff was helpful.
Had a great tuneup and my bike is like new again ! Thanks bike bros , all the sqeeks and glitches are gone :)
