Joe is the BEST! I had get my bicycle fixed urgently before vacation. He got it done and did an amazing job. The customer service is top-notch and the bicycle shop is super nice. Even if you have to drive a couple of hours to get there, it's definitely worth it. Trust me, you won't regret it.

I took my electric bike to 3 different bike shops for a new rear tire and tube and nobody wanted to work on it due to the electric hook up. I called Joe and told him the situation and he said bring it right over, no problem. I dropped it off and he was calling me within two hours that he had it fixed. Great job Joe. You are my new go to bike repair shop.
Great Service !!! I needed a replacement Electric Bike Company bike model S remote, the mounting bracket broke. I Called the Electric Bike Company 2x no answer ? I found Bike Sultan online they had the part, I still had a couple of questions. I called them & they answered my questions, & were very helpful. I ordered the part online. It took about a week to get it (USPS) & I live in Michigan so no big deal. I would call the Bike Sultan 1st for parts & service questions before calling the Electric Bike Company!
