Awesome sevice, recently bought a freesky wildcat, shopped around and this place affordable, you would think since it's affordable that they would slack on service?.....NOPE!!! They have been great contacting me through the whole order, and answering all my questions ,which I had alot of btw.extremely knowledgeable and professional, I would recommend bike sultan to anyone and everyone!!! 100% satisfied with both services. 5 star because there wasn’t an option for 6 LOL. Joe is a very nice easy going guy who knows what he is doing when it comes to bikes and e-bikes. I recently brought a Radwagon in that wasn’t working at all with broken parts etc. he diagnosed it within a couple days and had it fixed I think within a total of a few days. This is the best place for bikes and repairs. They have a huge selection of electric bikes and also regular bikes and their well stocked with parts. Very friendly owner I like coming to this place.
This is the second bike I purchase with Bike Sultan. Joe's hospitality and assistance is impeccable, he is not only knowledgeable about his products, he is also highly customer orientated... My first bike was delivered in person by himself, the same day I bought it; plus he took the time to guide me trough it and teach me about the bike I just purchased.
