This is the second bike I purchase with Bike Sultan. Joe's hospitality and assistance is impeccable, he is not only knowledgeable about his products, he is also highly customer orientated... My first bike was delivered in person by himself, the same day I bought it; plus he took the time to guide me trough it and teach me about the bike I just purchased. Wanted to take the time to thank Joe. I called him while I was driving down to Florida to ask for a very specific bike that my son had and we lost in a fire. The bike was no longer made on that color. He was extremely helpful and caring about the situation. Even tho he didn’t have the bike he went out of his way to find it for me and met me after hours so I can bring this bike back to my son. I can’t thank him enough for his help. Joe is the BEST! I had get my bicycle fixed urgently before vacation. He got it done and did an amazing job. The customer service is top-notch and the bicycle shop is super nice. Even if you have to drive a couple of hours to get there, it's definitely worth it. Trust me, you won't regret it.
Very friendly and great with kids! Definitely recommend!
