I had an excellent experience with bike repair (after a tire blow-out) with very fair prices. This is a very small little shop in the core of Davis Square in a very convenient location. I have also ordered bike accessories (lights, panniers) and consumables (eg chain lube) through the shop -- either that they had on the shelf in stock or had to order in. After 2 small repairs, I've been extremely happy with the level of service, attention to detail, and time/explanations I've received from Bike Boom. They're better than any of the larger local shops I've visited in the area. They don't make me feel rushed or brushed off, and I feel like all my questions get answered before I commit to leaving my bike with them. On top of that, they get service done very quickly! Peter was super helpful in getting my flat tire repaired while I waited. He also installed a thorn-resistant inner tube to help prevent future punctures. Kudos!
