Réservation de dernière minute, on nous a proposé plusieurs gammes de vélos. Boutique chaleureuse, personnel très sympathique. La selle de mon vélo était mal serrée et c est mise à bouger au bout d une demi heure. Au retour, le patron c est excusé de ce problème et a proposé tout de suite de me rembourser. Ce geste très commercial, montre le sérieux et la qualité de ce magasin. Nous reviendrons sans problème car on peut vraiment leur faire confiance.

I brought my Canyon Grail CF SL into The Bike Bistro after making a mistake during front axle installation. The axle was mis-threaded and stuck, and I wasn’t sure how bad the damage was—or if I’d even be able to ride again soon. The staff there was incredible. They took the time to assess the issue, carefully worked it out, and even did minor clean-up to help get me rolling again—all without charging me a dime. Last visit was very poor which is too bad, they seemed like legit folks. After I got the bikes back I reached out three times to discuss the issues and they never got back to me. Brought 2 bikes, Levo and standard Stumpjumper in. Main issue was to fix brakes on SJ and get her ready to ride. Got the 100+ tune up. The brakes were unridable when I got it back. I had a flat tire on a Sunday ride and stopped in here for some emergency help. Troy was fantastic and got me back on the road in no time. Would definitely recommend.
