Money is good and cheap but unfortunately after i had an accident i discovered why, they don’t reply my calls or emails, physiotherapist still waiting to book me an appointment. Probably worst insurance i had in my life, please, don’t hire their services, it ll be better pay a bit more for a serious company with professionals.
I have had the pleasure of using bike assist to deal with my claim for the past 3 years. At times, there have been a few communication difficulties but overall, they have been very professional and achieved a positive result for me. I would recommend them and use them in the future, but hopefully not.
If I could give 0 stars I would , 3 different solicitors in almost 2 years , it’s so difficult to get any answers when you email the person who is supposed to be dealing with your claim. I’m very disappointed with the service from bike assist legal, just when you think everything is getting dealt with it all stops and you just can’t get the answers you want. In my opinion this company isn’t the best and if I ever had the misfortune to have to use them again I would be asking for a different company to sort my claim out.

If you get assigned, peter.. ask for someone else as he's absolutely useless. Dan talks a good game but fails to pass stuff onto the next case worker resulting in lost information and paperwork. Sally just didnt seem bothered in the slightest. If you can stick with John then hes spot on, he actually cares Got far less than estimated but took it as owed so much money out over a 3-4 year period.
