The worst experience I have had on buying something online. I found a set of sram XO 10sp grip shifters at their Missouri location. I called (July 27th) and was reassured they had them. One of the guys even told me they 100% had them. I was then told their particular location couldn't take over the phone purchases so they would need to send them to the Kansas location. I have bought two bikes here over the last 7 years. Friendly staff, horrible customer service. You cannot get them to pick up the phone, and when they do you immediately get put on hold (sometimes forgotten about). I feel like they are under staffed for the amount of traffic they get. Won't be back for a tune up or another bike.
