Boycott! Rude staff and just very poor customer service! Always loved coming here but won’t be anymore. Ps don’t try and ride bike you’ve bought from them if the road or ground is wet, clearly isn’t safe as they won’t even let you ride a bike up and the road to test it before you spend thousands of dollars on it!! Clearly their bikes are only meant for warm sunny weather. That or there just to lazy to wipe one down. So disappointed
I rang to get a quote on a rear wheel bearing rebuild and for such a simple quote they couldn't give me a labour charge and said that I needed to bring it in and have them pull it apart to quote. This is not rocket science. Needless to say they didn't get my business. My advice is whilst you don't know the price of the components,they do know the cost of labour so don't get sucked into such open ended arrangements. There are plenty of bike shops out there that want your business
