Cryotherapy is my new favorite therapy! I suffer from achilles tendonitis and the cryotherapy and leg compression therapy have been a great addition to my recovery. I highly recommend!
The brain tap meditation and dry float experiences were extremely relaxing. I found the whole space to be conducive to the feeling I was seeking. The staff member was very kind and helpful. I will go back for the cryotherapy.
