I went to the business to get a estimate for repair for a hand knotted Tibetan rug damaged in an insurance claim. The owner was extraordinarily rude. I advised I simply needed an estimate for repair on his letterhead per the insurance company’s request. So after taking it in, and leaving with nothing in writing, I write him for the estimate via email. He typed it out in the email but refused to put it on his official company paperwork.
