Sitting outside the store at 10:20, waiting since 10a, and the store is not open. Posted hours say 10a-5p and there is a bright sign saying Open. Pretty disappointed kids. We drove over from Tahoe City so it’s a bummer for the store not to be open.

I’ve come to this store 3x during business hours to try to buy a hat, and it is always locked so I haven’t been able to purchase. Maybe require appts or have a number you can text to get someone to open the store so you can purchase? Frustrated because I’d like to get some hats.

Used to work there. Terrible place to work, cliffy is a cokehead who hangs around at townee bars in truckee. The clothing is cheap Chinese headwear ordered from ace headwear in China. Shipped in and maybe last minute embroidery work is done if it’s 50 or less items. But any order 100+ is 100% Chinese made. I had to turn them into OSHA, I was a sales associate and they were making me use my personal car to make storage runs, with zero compensation for gas and go up on a 12’ ladder.
