My frustration with Big Time software only grows with each update or patch. My staff and I have found ways to address glitches in the system as they arise, but it is so time consuming. While the folks are very nice, the customer service staff simply can't help with technical glitches that throw the system off. Honestly, I believe that Big Time's offer of customization is their biggest challenge.
Product simply doesnt work. We bought the most expensive tier for foresight and it regularly freezes or is completely down.
Poor customer service and I hear the turnover rate is high; even my buddy said their sales/consulting director applied to his firm. Go figure. Poor employee loyalty AND the software is buggy. Hard pass as an American seeking easy to use and high quality services. Bummer.
Even a single star for this company is like a super bowl trophy. Their software and payment system is good for nothing. you will receive money in the bank and when you run reports in software, it shows nothing. Their customer support is another Joke. Contacting them means your 3 to 4 hours go into drain with no solution. After that they will say, we have escalated the issue and will contact you in the future. This means your issue goes under the carpet. Extremely unethical company.
