Great Service! Easy to get a hold of! Very happy with this company. I had to send in an Onkyo receiver for service. I spoke to Neli a few times during this process. The most helpful in this was that I was able to pay $40 for shipping supplies. If you don't have your factory box or have trouble finding packaging, definitely go this route! They send an empty box with packaging, tape, and a paid return shipping label! Thanks a lot Bigston!!!

Bigston Corporation is an Authorized Repair Center for Onkyo USA. I have a Flagship Reference AV Receiver that needed a new and updated Network Chip replaced on the HDMI Board. The receiver is 6 years old, and Onkyo covered the repair. For transit, (60 lbs. freight) it was FED EX Ground to and from Bigston, Wood Dale, IL for the removal and replacement of the entire HDMI board. The service from Bigston was superior and sensational.
