When I rented in March 2025 (notice the last review was over 10 months ago) my order was incorrect 3x, the delivery and pick up was good except no one returned my call for a delivery to a new address, I received an invoice but can't seem to get a hold of anyone in billing and when I called, I was put on hold for 20 minutes. The in penticton person is very helpful and kind . And very ready to bring our box down when we need it . I just wish the payment was taken on the 1st each month so I can pay my other bills and buy food. This the only hang up I have. Wait until the 3to 6 is to long to without food.
