Used BSB to move cities, with storage of the container for a period of time. The pick up and drop off drivers were great at communicating and the staff helped sort a permit for street parking the box while it was being unloaded. Hopefully I dont need to move again anytime soon but if I do I will use their services again!

We used Big Steel Box to move from Ontario to British Columbia. We also needed to store our belongings for 2-3 months between houses. This was the perfect solution for us and we found BSB to be professional and responsive. We knew exactly how much it would cost versus using a mover who couldn't narrow down a price until it was packed. It made my move convenient and easy with this company even with the short notice. They even assist me getting a permit from the city. Big steel box friendly staff and nice drivers made my first experience in renting a bin great. Thank you👏👏👍👍
