We used Big Steel Box to move from Ontario to British Columbia. We also needed to store our belongings for 2-3 months between houses. This was the perfect solution for us and we found BSB to be professional and responsive. We knew exactly how much it would cost versus using a mover who couldn't narrow down a price until it was packed. Thank you to Nanaimo's site manager Cody Jensen and his team. I purchased a container to be delivered to Gabriola Island which presented some challenges. I am impressed with the way the quotation, sale and delivery processes were professionally accomplished. My container arrived on time in great condition and is now sitting level.
