Matthew Mahon was the big box delivery employee of BSB. He called first and arranged the delivery time. It was about 9:00am and he was positive and polite. He gave em an approximate time frr delivery and arrived on time. We could not decide wiich side of the driveway was best and Matthew demonstrated patience and offered advice. He had to relocate his truck with the box on and unload to our choice of location.
