I used BigSteelBox for a year of storage in Kelowna and then a complete cross country move from Kelowna to Moncton in Summer of 2025. All the staff I dealt with were professional, super easy and accommodating, from the folks in the contaact center, yard staff, transportation team and everyone else I had the pleassure of interactiving with that arranged our long distance move and longer term storage. We used Big Steel Box for our move and paid our invoice in full in August 2024. Twice now they have tried to put through a duplicate payment. After calling in last time they apologized for their mistake only to charge again!!!
