Strange conversation with the attendant when I called, because it seemed as though she hung up on me when I noted they do charters advertised on their website, and requested a quote. The lady climed this was removed from their website "a long time ago" then the phone disconnected. Attached is an image of their home page marketing for further review and correction if they indeed want to correct this information on-line. Thank you.

We were planning a small trip, presumably small enough that big horn wasn't interested in the charter, which would have been no problem really. The 1 star comes from the 4 attempts I made to get an answer from them about it. Finally I made a friendly call to see why they weren't answering and talked to possibly the rudest lady I've dealt with before, still no answer to date. Won't engage them for future charters just based on the terrible and rude customer service.

I am a helicopter elopement photographer, and Bighorn helicopters took me and one of my elopement couples up on an incredible flight for their elopement photos. First of all, the pilot took off and hovered so I could get a photo of the couple on the ground with the heli in the air. Then, the pilot took us to 3 different locations on top of mountains, landed, and waited for us to take photos for about 30 to 45 minutes in each location.
