Jeff was an absolute pro selling a property for me. He was not the slightest bit pushy about anything and gave us several options for the sale. He helped us get more gravel in the driveway, get the house emptied out and the carpets ripped out, and helped with a couple of small fixes to the house. He has a fantastic local network which was invaluable as we live in a different city. If you need a realtor he is your guy! He's funny and extremely knowledgeable and I can't imagine anyone could be any better.
We have used Jeff Biggs as our selling agent twice. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He informed us of every step along the way. He communicated with us through out the whole process. He give us very helpful advise. We would recommend him to anyone that was going to buy or sell their property.

Great experience with Jeff Biggs, a very professional gentleman and realtor. Transparent and honest, extremely knowledgeable about housing, maintenance, costs, and area market values. Experienced, precise and friendly and fun on top of that! Highly recommend using as listing agent or buyers agent.
