I was looking for a large basket to stand my Christmas tree/another tree in. The lady was so helpful without pressure selling, even getting a replica tree from the back of the shop to show me how different sizes would look. She made it clear I could return if the one I chose didn't work. It did, it looks great with my tree in it, and it's good quality. Lovely shop Update: their cushions are also brilliant and the quality has held up over the year, even with a resident dog. Really pleased

Shocking customer service. We were the only two customers in store and not one acknowledgement! Two lady employees engaging in idle chit chat totally oblivious to potential sales opportunities. No stars if only that were permitted 👎👎
