We had NUMEROUS issues with what should have been a straightforward probate filing. Had to send the same documentation several times as they "lost" previous copies (sent electronically). Had scheduled meetings where I and my brother traveled from out of state and Mr. Biggers was not even in the office. We found it necessary to do much of the required follow up and paperwork ourselves. Ended up terminating the services and completing the legal process on our own.
