I had a misprint on a t-shirt that was ordered and the team was so helpful to correct the mistake. They went above and beyond to fix the problem while I was waiting. Great customer service!
Every time we have used BigFoot, it’s unreliable communication and very poor customer service. Just a poor experience which is a bummer for someone who had orders every month and wanted to support a small business.

Made first big order from these guys via track club..shipping is 7-10 days..(things happen) I get that..going midway thru week 2 decided to give them a call as I got no update from the site or tracking number, spoke to one individual he said he was looking at my order and it would ship the same day..that didn’t happen as another week went by and i decided to call again, spoke to I believe the manager..she stated she had my order and would send out..received it a day or so later(1 package should have been 2) waited 3 more day... read more
