Made first big order from these guys via track club..shipping is 7-10 days..(things happen) I get that..going midway thru week 2 decided to give them a call as I got no update from the site or tracking number, spoke to one individual he said he was looking at my order and it would ship the same day..that didn’t happen as another week went by and i decided to call again, spoke to I believe the manager..she stated she had my order and would send out..received it a day or so later(1 package should have been 2) waited 3 more day... read more
Bigfoot Ink is awesome! What really stood out to me was their turnaround time and customer service. They kept me updated every step of the way and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it before finalizing the order. Every time we have used this company for school shirts there has always been an issue. From things being printed crooked to having to chase down every single order every single time because it is past the due date has been extremely frustrating. We are sent on a goose chase to locate our items and there is no customer service- they don’t care. We try not to ever order from here unless it is absolutely required because we know the headache it will cause.
