Bigfoot Ink is awesome! What really stood out to me was their turnaround time and customer service. They kept me updated every step of the way and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it before finalizing the order. Every time we have used this company for school shirts there has always been an issue. From things being printed crooked to having to chase down every single order every single time because it is past the due date has been extremely frustrating. We are sent on a goose chase to locate our items and there is no customer service- they don’t care. We try not to ever order from here unless it is absolutely required because we know the headache it will cause.
I can’t say enough about this company! I had an outstanding experience with this company from start to finish. Their team went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly, professionally, and with genuine care. It’s rare to find customer service that is not only efficient but also personable and attentive, and they truly delivered on both.
