When we didn’t get order confirmation or shipping details from our online order (small system problem, nothing crazy inconvenient) we reached out via email for info. Zac from customer service responded the next day and we we’re given a number to call in a few days for updated order information. I bought my first Bigfoot gun belt nearly 7 years ago - it STILL looks brand new. No creases, no deformations, very little wear where I attach my holster. The buckle still has amazing finish, and the fastening buttons are still going strong. I've recently had to purchase a new belt not due to my old one failing, merely just gained some weight! An amazing company to deal with.
