When we didn’t get order confirmation or shipping details from our online order (small system problem, nothing crazy inconvenient) we reached out via email for info. I bought my first Bigfoot gun belt nearly 7 years ago - it STILL looks brand new. No creases, no deformations, very little wear where I attach my holster. The buckle still has amazing finish, and the fastening buttons are still going strong. I've recently had to purchase a new belt not due to my old one failing, merely just gained some weight! An amazing company to deal with.
