Big elbow Family Financial has been our accountant for three years now and we’ve always been very happy with the service. The communication is great and it has been very easy for us to get our somewhat complicated returns done with no hassle at all.
We’ve worked with Ellen for many years now, and will continue to moving forward. She’s knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and always takes the time to answer our questions.
Ellen was great until last year. I don't know what happened. She was very mean, unresponsive, and made a lot of mistakes. She was defensive and dismissive when we tried to talk to her. She wrote us off instead. I referred a lot of people to her and even had her speak at my events. I have no idea what my family did to deserve such a drastic change in treatment. We'd been coming to her for a few years.
