RecommendedI used to work at this store and I should have stayed working at this store instead of making the worst mistake in my whole life on going to Fresh Acres.
The deli department was awesome. There was a gentleman there...grayish hair...was super friendly. Honestly cannot remember his name...but thank you for the great service. The store was super packed due to storm....and that dept. kept it moving in a good n friendly flow.
Brenda Vasquez at customer service (St. James) is a terrible employee that is too concerned with making sure her counterpart knows she has already stayed 10 minutes later than scheduled and may be late to her movie while she pretends to help me with a raincheck on for product that is advertised but not in stock in four different stores from here to Palmer! Brenda was sarcastic and pompous and definitely not needed as I tried to get my rainchecks. It should not take the night manager to write rainchecks for poor product avail... read more
