Unable to apply for driver job at Big Woods Transit.
Keeps forgetting to pick me up from work, the workers can't remember a simple rider to be picked up. God awful.
I am in a wheelchair and no matter which driver I have, they are right there to help get me on and off the bus, load my purchases and have even come into the store to help me finish shopping and check out when my PCA had to leave. Drivers and staff are always helpful to the passengers and the service dogs that travel along. You are dropped off where you wanted to be and the bus parks and waits for you to come out! No waiting for an hour or more for your return trip.
