Yesterday, 10.15am, electronics section, young salesperson who would not give me her name. The rudest, unhelpful and inept encounter I can remember in my 86 years. Not fit to be at the counter, at least without adequate training to deal with customers. Thoroughly unpleasant !!!! The subject was ink cartridges for an Epson printer. I lodged a complaint to another person at the checkout. Karl Lingohr
