What a mess of a store! Nothing priced or marked correctly. Staff standing around talking. You can't find anything and when a product is marked down they don'y honour it. Save your time and sanity and shop anywhere else.
I just called the Big W Winston Hills phone number and was connected to a bot (digital assistant) called Dot. It couldn't help me with my enquiry and told me to go to the store and thanked me for chatting. We didn't chat and Dot didn't answer my question. Poor customer service.
