I'm in shock on how awesome the service was, there was a lady working the self serve checkout at half 5 the 17th of July who made my month, just a naturally beautiful human being who despite moving scarely quick looked after my attention seeking personality with a smile and a joke. Professional and took care of everyone. An absolute legend. Many thanks from the Nanna Bashing looking guy who you made laugh.

The lady from customer service was lovely and helped me find what I was looking for. I really like their new Open Nook range. Big W is a great shop for the region, it has everything you could possibly need in there!
