Monee from the service desk isnt helpful at all The toy story buzz lightyear wings wasnt inflatable. The staff at the checkout asked me to go to service desk which is reasonable, i went there. The lady came out look sleepy and said I need to ask the front desk. I told her the situation that I was just there and they asked me to come and see you. Then she called saying I wanna return things which is completely wrong.
Very disappointing customer service experience. Staff were unhelpful and provided inconsistent/misleading information, and the manager was unwilling to properly address the issue when it was raised. The overall attitude from multiple employees came across as dismissive and unprofessional. A formal complaint has been submitted to head office.
