Very disappointing customer service experience. Staff were unhelpful and provided inconsistent/misleading information, and the manager was unwilling to properly address the issue when it was raised. The overall attitude from multiple employees came across as dismissive and unprofessional. A formal complaint has been submitted to head office.

Today I was at big w I was very disgusted with the behaviour of the staff n the manager there was a child Predator in the store and when i approached him started to become violent when I reported that to the manager with the proof she tried to justify his behaviour then she said she not taking anyone side and ask me to leave the store while he remained inside which is diabolical I WOULD NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN THE MANAGER NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO HANDLE SITUATIONS BETTER THAT WAS DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR FROM THE MANAGER AND THE STAF... read more
