Why can't I get to speak to a human on the phone at Big W Warwick store. This stinks!!!!
Big W Warwick is a fantastic store with great service and a wide range of products. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help you find what you need. The store is clean, well-organised, and easy to move around. Prices are reasonable, and there’s always something on special. Checkout is smooth and quick, making the whole shopping experience really convenient. Highly recommend shopping here!
Today not 1 but 2 lovely Big W ladies really helped me out. Saved me over $20 and helped me with tech stuff because I have poor vision. Best customer service I've had in a long time. Thanks Michelle and the other lady (forgotten the name)
