My order was lost by the delivery company but after ringing the Big W warehouse, it arrive three days later... albeit, the box ripped and the items inside, soaking wet... The delivery company do not knock on the door... they just leave the parcel and run! ... Good service from Big W... Bad service from their delivery company... Team Globel Express!
