Staff presentation is extremely poor! Personal grooming standards and chosen clothing needs to be addressed. Door greeter looked like he just crawled out of bed. Sue on self service completely not interested. Need to find a more engaging Team for the front service team. Store by far in the worst condition I have ever seen it. Store not recovered, empty end caps and dump bins / centre aisle making no sense what so ever to enhance the shopping experience.
