I like BigW, the staff could use a bit of training, when an item scans at the wrong price and you fight for the price displayed only to have more and more workers come over and explain the price and finally cave when you ask for a manager who instantly agrees that you are right in expecting to pay what is displayed for, is a bit OTT. All The people complaining about big w, mustn't be an everyday shopper like me, I've seen the changes and challenges that the staff go through, my advice spend time there without rushing around and you will come across the better staff members

Big W stands for Big Wrought. My daughter had a layby that we went to pay in full 2 days b4 the due date. They 1st cld not find it then when they did told my daughter because she did not make a regular payment her lay-by was cancelled & therefore lost her $20 deposit. T's & C's need to revisit this. Call it wotever u want itz theft plain & simple.

The lady in the party section (I think her name was Moana) was absolutely wonderful and so helpful when we went in the other day. She helped us with everything we needed and was so nice!
