Had a karen yellow at my son
I was visiting family from thurs to sun and thought i would go get a few gifts on sat morning...well what an experience...firstly the store is quite lacking in products and i found it not as good as my regular big w , secondly i dont like being followed by staff reminding me staff closing when ive got 45 mins still
Can’t remember the guys name that helped me, but he was so nice and helpful as I was trying to find a small desk mirror. So nice walked across the whole store to help me find it. I think his name was Sean? Very helpful staff!
