Absolutely appalling service, a click and collect that wasn’t collected because I couldn’t get anyone to service me at the SERVICE DESK! So I purchased directly off the shelf, waited weeks for refund but no reminder to collect, then receive an email stating you item has been collected… well it hadn’t by me at least… they never have staff around to assist or serve
