I bought a chocolate from Big W yesterday 2-05-2026, and within 15 minutes of opening it I found visible mold. The product was already past its expiry date (Best Before: 31/12/2025). This is a serious food safety issue and very disappointing. Stocking staff need to be more careful when checking expiry dates. Mistakes like this can harm customer health and damage the company’s reputation.
