we got photos downloaded onto discs only half of the photos downloaded. went back and complained but staff would not take any responsibility or issue a refund. Dont delete sim until view big w photo disc. lay byed food processor package was unsealed and part missing, bought mobile phone no chager. when buying from bigw you need to check packaging if security seal broken then request replacement
Who doesn’t love Big W.
Maxine served us in the party department today and she was beyond lovely! She was very helpful choosing what we should get and was wonderful to chat to! By far the best service we have had at any Big W in recent years.
Vanessa on the front service desk is rude & clearly hates her job. If you don’t like what you do, don’t deal with customers and make the business look bad. Do better
