The lady at the service desk, around 4 pm on 20/08/25, was very helpful and provided great customer service. I was looking for the fuzzeez balls and found them in a basket on the floor; however, they seemed deflated, so I went to the service desk to see if they had any more. She kindly offered to check out the back and returned with four different colours to show me. Her friendly and attentive service was much appreciated.

I didn’t catch his name, but I wanted to leave a big thank you to the male staff member who helped me today around 1pm near the chocolate section while he was unpacking. I showed him a photo of a specific toy I was looking for, and although it wasn’t in the toy section or the storeroom, he kindly spent nearly 30 minutes of his own time trying to find it for me.
