Good store for everyday shopping with a wide range of products all in one place... easy to find clothing, homewares, toys and basic household items without spending too much. The store was fairly organised and staff were helpful when needed... checkout moved along quickly and overall it was a pretty convenient shopping experience.
Staff top service with their assistance from front to back. Big store too. Nd lot of staff willing to work hard.
Ordered same day delivery at 9:30pm on a Monday with delivery expected the next day. Order wasn't packed until 7:30pm the next day and I won't receive it until Thursday. Big W made no effort to notify me of the delay or offer compensation for the delivery fee I had to chase everything up myself. You guys are a scam with your delivery
Good place to shop. Just like Kmart, some products have acceptable quality but some don't. You'll get what you paid for. Return policy is great as it said you are given 90 days change of mind return. However you have to be very careful as the return policy is under terms and conditions and some items are not refundable at all! I have shopped here many times and the staff are always nice, friendly and helpful.
