I needed to exchange a book that was given as a present. The lady at the service desk was very rude and wouldn't exchange the book without a receipt. I did get a copy of the receipt from my granddaughter and went back the next day. What a huge difference. The lady was lovely. She did the exchange and chatted. Very pleasant. As the say, what a difference a day makes.
Had a chat with one the employees today at the tech and he was really cool and very friendly. Thanks for making our experience a great one
