As per other recent reviews, I was simply minding my business shopping when I could see a woman in my provisional vision (cause she was standing so close to me) leaning in and looking over my shoulder as I was purchasing my items. The store itself isn’t to bad but I personally would be removing the service counter nazi called Paula that works there I was returning an item that I purchased that wasn’t right and she absolutely refused to let me insert my card she was adamant that I tapped the card that I tapped to pay But phone tap n go cards on iPhone is a different digital card that’s linked to the same account I explained that the money comes out of my main account that my plastic card is also linked to but she wouldn’t let me do it I’ve not had any ... read more
I observed what appeared to be workplace bullying, where an older staff member at the party/register counter directed inappropriate behavior toward a younger employee filling balloons. When my daughter addressed this behavior, the staff member continued to respond aggressively, including snapping at her and waving her finger in her face.
