Went in early August and there were literally no jumpers in the men’s clothing. To make it worse when I asked if there were any jumpers, I was made to feel like I was stupid for asking. Does Big W realise that Melbourne can get cold well and truly into spring and it’s not uncommon to see people up to November and early December walking around in jumpers.
Been coming here since I was a kid, definitely one of my first choices when it comes to picking what Big W I would go to because it always has everything I want or need.
I placed an online order at the Sunshine store and came to pick it up offline. This was my first time in this store. I bought some Hot Wheels, but your employees had some in their collection, so I couldn't find the styles I wanted in other stores. This store had them, so I chose this store. When I picked them up, they didn't have the styles I wanted, so I returned them. They told me I can't order again next time. Why is that? I can't return the products I purchased? The employees' attitude is also very rubbish.
