You'd be fortunate to get any customer service here and when you do after several attempts, they end up walking off and talking to their colleagues acting as though they can't see you. Pathetic.
Went in early August and there were literally no jumpers in the men’s clothing. To make it worse when I asked if there were any jumpers, I was made to feel like I was stupid for asking. Does Big W realise that Melbourne can get cold well and truly into spring and it’s not uncommon to see people up to November and early December walking around in jumpers.
Been coming here since I was a kid, definitely one of my first choices when it comes to picking what Big W I would go to because it always has everything I want or need.
