Unfortunately the direct to boot option doesn't tell you at the time of booking that the service stops at 5pm. I arrived at 5.30 and don't live in the area, I called them to find out my options because I had booked direct to boot due to having recent surgery it's difficult for me to go in store as I'm using crutches, the lady on the phone was so helpful - given the circumstance she went out found someone who was able to come and give me the items - great customer service.
