Group of 14 people stood in line for 12hrs waiting for the Pokemon Premium drop. Allocation was 18 for this store, yet when the store opened the staff member split the line which meant everybody at the back who had only waited for an hour got to the front of the second line and purchased over people who had waited all night. Then after turning people away, staff “found” another box and the last couple in line were able to purchase after waiting less than an hour. Ridiculous management and poor acknowledgment of respect.
