A friend and I entered the store to browse the bouncy ball collection. After bouncing one of the balls twice and passing it off to my friend to feel a staff member threatened to have us removed from the property. Frankly this type of customer service is unacceptable and appalling. That man needs to fix his attitude in regards to disabled people in the store as my friend is heavily autistic
Such a STUPID policy: I placed a $20 deposit on an item 2 weeks ago (from 18th July 2026), cancelled it today as I no longer wanted it. The cancellation fee is $20 = I didn't get my money refunded, unlike OTHER RETAILERS such as JB Hi-fi, EB Games etc, where if you cancel your layby the money is refunded. Surely this is against Consumer Law
