Staff in this store need some Customer Service Coaching ASAP seriously if you hate dealing with people get out of retail!!! The attitude of the older lady in lay buy is atrocious!!! Run down poorly managed Store !!! I have only walked into this store 2 times and each experience has been dreadful. Don't you dare ask a question that will waste there Time ! Don't blame me blame head office (really) .
I had to change my review about big w Sunbury store just now! I was in today at about 1pm. At tech counter I only wanted one item, & this older lady at tech counter who clearly didn’t know what she was doing, took so long to serve others before me, very rude and unapologetic for holding everyone up of course! By the time I was finished I missed the V/line train at 1.35pm by a few seconds now I’m forced to wait over an hr for another train! It shouldn’t have taken this long for one lousy thing! Forced into self checkout when an employee was at the normal checkout. If it happens again l will leave my goods and walk out.
