I had a layby with items that I had specifically chosen and wanted, but it was cancelled without me being properly notified. The only communication I received was a payment reminder. Today there was no trolleys in the bay told to go another shop for a trolley Could not find 2 items no staff around to ask Proceed to check out and while I was paying for potting mix my husband was asked had he paid for it?? No service!
I love this Big W and their staff. Nothing to complain about.
