Really polite, friendly staff made it a pleasure to shop there fir the first time
Went to the fitting room on Monday at midday to try things on. Came out of the fitting room with a screaming baby in one hand, pushing a pram in the other & with my items juggled on the pram. I went to give 3 items to the lady to put back & she asked me to put them back myself. She turned to me, gestured at the pile of clothes she was organising & said “how long do you think this will take me?” & “I hate this”.
