Like all retail establishments some staff are friendly and some staff wouldn't give you the time of day or if asked a question it's like you've disturbed their tranquillity. Tristan is an asset to their store as he is always friendly and helpful.
Tried calling the store a few times and when I got through, I spoke to a lady who seemed quite rude. I asked if they had a specific women’s shoe in stock and got “what?” As a response. I further explained what I was after for a stock check and the lady said “yeah nah we don’t have that”. I was… very confused as to why she was so rude. She didn’t even check the shelf. I think there should be some phone call education around manners….
