I went too Woolworths at orion, prior too visting bigw. I was there too collect the Limited Edition Buzz Light year ooshie. Spent 30 dollars at Woolworths, went too take the receipt to the service desk and saw on a piece of paper they had none. So we went to bigw too see if they did have it. Went too the service desk, this lady assisted us, asked her manager and said no we couldnt redeem it since we didnt spend 30 at Bigw (they did have the Buzz light years). I purchased a pair of Beats Studio3 Wireless headphones from BIG W in April 2025 for $270. After only 14 months they stopped charging completely, despite only being used for walking and watching movies. My previous pair of the exact same headphones, purchased from JB Hi-Fi over five years ago, are still working perfectly today. BIG W’s customer service has been extremely disappointing.
