Sarah and the team always go out of their way to get my orders to me, on time and always with a smile. I think its because they all love Chester as well. Thank you all so much. Chester loves Sarah. 🥀
The reason that I'm rating big W at singleton a 1 star is because, 1. They didn't send me an email or message me when I needed to put money on a lay-by. 2. They put my 4 item lay-by back on the shelf and when I went in the add some money to the lay-by they said that I would not be refunded because they said that they have a $20 cancellation fee. 3. Luckily they had 4 of them on the shelf in cosmetics near the front. If I could I would rate my experience at 0.01 stars
