Visited Big W Runaway Bay this afternoon at 330 to pick up a click and collect placed 2 hrs prior. It wasn't ready and the person at click and collect was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She confirmed the stock was out the back but refused to look for this or call someone else to assist. In her abrasive tone she kept referencing that orders should not be collected until confirmation sent.
