Poor Customer Service Another customer and I were both standing at the Party Desk for approximately 10–15 minutes without being served. We pressed the electronic bell three separate times, and it wasn’t until the third press that someone came to assist us. The staff member who served me was quite sharp and blunt in their demeanour, with no apology for the wait.
We will be seeking advice regarding our consumer rights and escalating the matter through the appropriate consumer protection channels in Tasmania. One of the most disappointing customer service experiences we have had. We purchased a 2000W Goldair heater for a small, fully enclosed room. After testing it, we found that it only provided noticeable heat when standing directly in front of it and did not warm the room itself.
