The staff were rude and unhelpful. It doesn’t go unnoticed that they were MUCH nicer to other people, especially if race is a factor. I don’t want to say it could be that but… when you notice the tone and mood shift you can’t help but wonder…

I actually can’t believe how incredibly rude 3 different members of staff there were. If you don’t like being kind don’t work in customer service
I gave this a 5 star because I don’t mind BigW. It’s a great store and friendly helpful staff. However today I went here to buy an 8cube shelf I saw advertised for $39 but it was actually $55. I still bought it because I needed it. Being flat pack it’s always a challenge. So anyway as I was putting it together and it all toppled over and the measly pins broke so now what do I do?
