Actually pretty happy about the disgusting customer service at Big W Livingston when it took 3 staff and the manager Nikitza? to incorrectly scan my cosmetics twice, at full price, argue with me about customer service legislation then tell me they were doing me a favour by giving it to me at the correct displayed discounted ticked price.
