It is a Big W with stuff there
The best i can describe this store service is to close forever, one word apology fir inconvenience is not helping all the time. Vust 3 times for just one small product and everything it's not available. Called before visit and confirm. But still apology.. Most people really dont want to work but just passing time for money. Dont care how store is performing. Management think about it, if not worth it close it. Some other will do business.
Friendly staff, clean, neat & tidy. Room to move through departments, good selection of products & competitive pricing. Nice store to shop.

However, the bag has a large number of zippers, and I was later told in-store that all compartments should be opened and checked. Given how many zippers there were, this became quite impractical, and I decided it would be better to exchange it for a simpler option.
