Walked in and found what I needed easily with huge signs on the walls letting you know where departments were in the shop. I was in & out in 15 mins. The shop wasn't busy but the self checkout made it easy when they usually only have 1 staff member on a normal checkout. Overall an easy shop when life gets so busy.
Horrible experience. Waited an hour in line for the store to open for a product release only for some grumpy worker at the entertainment service desk to give me a hard time and prevent me from purchasing the product just because I was with my friend. I have dealt with this particular staff member previously and she definitely doesn't want to be there. She is always rude. Whoever is in charge of this store needs to be sacked. Was an absolute mess.
The big lady at the checkout was very nosey, listening to my conversation with my friend. I’m pretty sure there are other things you can do while working than listening to customers conversations, unless that’s your whole life.
