Normally I would give this a 5 star review but I was in redbank big w tonight and the amount of rudeness that was coming from your employee on the self serve checks was disgusting. When I went to collect my ooshies I spent over 80 and should of gotten two she gave me 1 and when I said I should of gotten two she said no the paper said 1 I’m sorry I thought it was $30 free ooshie this experience was terrible thanks tk that lady at the self serve check outs I visited around 5:30.
Staff are always welcoming, the store is always presentable and accessible unlike kmart with rollcages and items strewn across the floors
